I started using this combo supplement about 18 months ago. My hair stylist of 20+ years told me it would help with the hormonal changes affecting my hair. Within 45-60 days of daily usage my hair went from feeling hay to soft again. I did also see some hair growth but the biggest difference I experienced was the state/condition of the hair I had. My stylist could feel the results too!After experiencing these results, I made changes to the products I use and added an additional supplement however I continue taking this faithfully everyday!

Full disclosure...I use this supplement in addition to 10g collagen daily. This combination has made my hair stronger. Much less hair fall. My nails are finally strong enough to maintain length. I gave it 4 stars because I'm sure the collagen is assisting with my results. But I was using another product prior to this and my results were not as noticeable. So I know this product is making a difference and works!

Since I purchased this product not too long ago I have to give it a few weeks to get result. I think it’ll give me great results after weeks of taking it.

Don’t take if you are female and haven’t hit menopause yet!My own mistake for not doing the proper research. I had read about how women were taking their husband’s Saw Palmetto pills and having great results in skin, nail, and hair health. But I was reading all reports from older women.I took them for 3 days, felt fine, but they caused my menstrual cycle to start a week early, which for me is unusual. I googled what connection Saw Palmetto has to periods and found out that these pills mess with your hormones, can cause you to bleed more (thinner blood), and can cause birth control pills to not work.The bottle does say to consult a doctor before taking if you are also taking other medications.I just wish it was more clear not to take if you are a fertile female or on birth control. Also, before digging into the period connection, I had not found any information online or on the bottle about how it can cause birth control not to work. I know it’s my own fault for not fully researching, but I thought I would give a warning to anyone else with the same misinformed ideas as I had.

Most vitamins for hair loss ofer 200mg or less. This one provides 100pmg and biotin to stop or slow hair loss and strengthen hair follicles. I have Alopecia andost 60% percent of my hair. I seen a hair dermatologist and got prescribed a pill to stop itching and hair loss. And it work. I went from loosing 300 strands a day to 100 or less. But with this vitamin with saw palmetto and biotin i don't need prescription drugs and I got better results. Little to no hair falls and my hair on my scalp look and feel stronger. My natural curly hair is more shiny and thicker with in 3 months.

It has been a full 3 months since I have started taking these and I will continue to take them. My hair has not grown back BUT my hair has stopped falling out! It is crazy how little hair comes out when I brush or wash it. It has been falling out at an alarming rate for months and I had to come to terms with the possibility of shaving my head... I still need to find something to get my hair growing but it is such a huge relief to only see a few hairs in my brush every day (and I am not exaggerating). Within 2 weeks my hair stopped falling out and I would suggest to anyone to give this a try. I am 34 and it did make my cycle a little wonky, but it evened out after a couple months.
