Unbelievably great addition to my life!
I got two of these burners (2burners on each) after I tried the first one out and loved it. The reason I got it to begin with is that I have a very large glass cooktop made by GE which was very difficult to clean. And when our son left home and my husband took over his duties of cleaning countertops and the stove top after dinner, he hated it so much, I began to investigate what alternative methods I could use to cook a meal. I first tried cooking everything in the oven and burned myself badly twice! That’s when I investigated getting a burner that I could plug-in like this one. I love it! Yes, it takes longer to heat up to high but I just add time for that. I have never made better omelettes than using this burner and the reason is I can’t hurry along like I used to try on the stove top and then get it rubbery and overcooked! It cooks eggs absolutely perfectly. And everything else perfectly too. I even used it to boil pasta and it worked out great. I just had to give it extra time to come to a boil. So now I use two of these every evening and in addition, an incredible large electric pot for large meals that I want to simmer. For searing and browning food, I have another very large electric pan, as well, so the only time I’ve had to use my glass cooktop was for Thanksgiving when I was making too many items to use the burners. Cleaning that terrible cooktop twice a year for holidays is not too much for our family! So what you should know about these burners, is that they work perfectly, but you will need more time to get it hot to begin with. They are extremely easy to clean and there’s no place for anything to go underneath something that is unreachable. I overboiled some soup and thought that it would be a mess to clean up, but it wasn’t at all! I simply got a sponge and wiped it off. I can’t think of a single thing that I don’t like about these burners which are so incredibly reasonably priced. I hope if you get them that you enjoy them as much as I do!

Great , portable, works well
My stove broke . And i don’t cook too much so this really came into use instead of buying a new cook top oven

Worked great for small to medium sized pots and pans
Don't expect a large electric burner( check dimensions) but product worked fine! Boiled water on big burner pretty fast using medium sized pot and small skillet fit on smaller burner for heating whatever. For the price, a good product to have for big parties to keep things warm or hot or just to use for two people cooking.

Reliable Plug-In Double Burner for Camping Comfort
I bought this plug-in double cast iron burner for our recent camping trip, and it turned out to be one of the best gear choices we made. If you're at a campsite with access to electricity, this burner gives you the convenience of home cooking without needing propane or open flames. The cast iron plates heat evenly and retain heat well, making it easy to boil water, fry eggs, or simmer soups. Each burner has its own control knob, so you can cook two things at once without worrying about burning one. It's perfect for making breakfast in the morning or a warm dinner after a day of hiking. What I love most is the simplicity — just plug it in, turn the dials, and you're good to go. No matches, no fuel tanks, no fuss. It’s compact enough to fit on a small camping table but sturdy enough to handle heavy pots or cast iron pans. Pros: Easy plug-in operation (great for powered campsites or RVs) Dual burners with independent controls Solid cast iron plates retain heat well Compact, portable, and easy to clean Safer than open flame setups Cons: Requires a powered site — not for off-grid camping Takes a few minutes to fully heat up No built-in wind protection (though usually not needed with electric) Bottom line: If you’re camping somewhere with electrical access and want an easy, reliable cooking setup, this plug-in double burner is a solid choice. It made camp cooking a breeze and cleaned up easily after each use.

Durable Burner!
I have been using this burner outside for over a year to make dog food. It is not stored under a cover, its been rained on, blasted by California heat, hit by a sprinkler and dropped on one side . This thing just keeps going still heats perfectly. I have added pictures to prove its condition. The little burner has by far exceeded any expectation I had for it. Exceptional product and I have surely put it to the test!

Would not recommend
Works well for reheating something but it takes a loooooong time to cook and always undercooks a lil bit, I would really recommend spending a lil extra dollars on something better because cooking is essential and hard if you dont have the propper tools

The instructions in the instruction manual are different in English and Spanish
Set up fine. Hope it works for the month I need it to. Want to know why the English and Spanish versions conflict. The Spanish says don't use it to cook, reheat food or cook frozen food and not to use it for more than 2 hours at a time. Hoping this is just stupidity on the vendor's part and that the "funcion" means only the Max setting, but that isn't clear in the Spanish either. It should be right after the sentence ends with MAX instead of being offset if that's the case. This might be why it breaks all the time for the English speakers, the manufacturer has conveniently left off the English warning? I need it to cook and to use as the "buffet burner" that the box says, to keep a pot of water going all day for humidity. Will update review if it breaks. Update: the instruction manual also says the lights go on when the burner is on, but what it means is that the light cycles on and off when the burner cycles on and off. The "Max" cycle is the only one where the light stays on all the time, but the burners DO maintain the constant temperature that you want, and I was able to have it between 1 and 2 for at least 8 hours a day for 4 weeks while staying in a VRBO with a broken stove. Totally worth the cost and very grateful, would recommend.
