HOMEDEC 3 Way Shower Diverter Valve, Matte Black 3 Function Thermostatic Mixer Brass Valve, Individual On Off Flow Control

I bought this because it seemed to be an elegant, simple way to run 3 shower components. It worked great for about a year, but was slowly losing water pressure. Then later I was unable to adjust the temperature, it defaulted to a warm+ setting. I emailed customer support for homdec, they responded right away. The cartridge is under a 2 year warranty, mine was a little over a year old. They shipped me a replacement cartridge and also included 2 replacement check valves. Granted shipping took a little over a week but keep in mind the parts are coming from China. Replacing just the cartridge only took about 20 minutes and fixed the problem I didn’t replace the check valves. If I have another issue with the cartridge I will update but for now I'm very satisfied with the component and especially with their customer support.

Beware. Horrible customer service and cheap parts. After about a week the unit started leaking at the shower head. Every 6 hours it would start. I contacted customer service and they never responded. It’s still leaking. Everything is off and then randomly the shower head will just start leaking. I’m waiting for a plumber to replace the entire valve which is costly and I have to tear out tile. Beware of these Chinese valves

**UPDATE**I'm very impressed with HOMEDEC customer service. They responded within 24 hours of my original review and offered to cover full cost of replacement unit. Excellent communication and willingness to make the transaction right. Would definitely purchase again given how well they support their product.Review:Valve looks great in shower and plumber said it was easy to install. Worked well for about 10-11 months and then one of the check valves failed. As some reviews have noted, the temperature mixture began losing hot water and would only get warm. Plumber said it could be the thermostatic cartridge as well, but that those should last significantly longer than 1 year.Homedec does sell a replacement valve & cartridge set for $70, but even with fastest ship time we're without a shower for min 7-10 days. Can't just drive to Home Deport or Lowes. Unfortunately had to purchase a whole new unit to get 2 day shipping.

Bent and 2nd one moves while shower is running. Starts out at the selected temp then slowly moves to MAX hot

I wanted a better control for my shower. This delivered. It operates smoothly and looks great. My only complaint is it took some extra fittings to install with pex and didn't come with a finish plate gasket. But those things are easily addressable.

Unfortunately I can’t get cold water from it my 3 way unit. When the knob is turned to full cold (blue) the water is near scalding hot. Otherwise it’s a beautiful unit with a high quality look, good water pressure, good balancing to prevent temperature fluctuations.

The media could not be loaded. Had a problem with the mixture valve but I got ahold of customer service through Amazon and they got back with me the same day and sent out the new parts the same day and gave me the tracking number, received it roughly 3 days later, got it to work after that and it’s working amazing, it looks super nice, would defiantly order from them again. 🤙🤙Like my title says it looks really nice, mostly works, the only problem I’m having is my temperature control knob doesn’t work correctly,. It’s either all hot or all cold, if it wasn’t for this I would give 5 stars, I emailed them this morning so we will see what they say or if they give me solutions

This has been replaced twice, and the cartridge has failed in less than a year.... don't be a homeowner that puts this junk in your house for other people to have to deal with redoing the whole plumbing system to get rid of this garbage fixture. Spend the extra money to go with something reliable and well rated like Moen, Delta, or Pfister.
