GOOD TO HAVE ON HAND
This is a FIVE STAR just to have available for the UNTHINKABLE. MY VET trimmed my Buddy's toenails when she came out AND DREW BLOOD ON TWO NAILS IN A ROW. She of course had this stuff handy in her bag of goodies, BUT I will cut his toes myself from now on. I HAVE ONLY nipped him ONCE and it wasn't near as bloody as her doing ... SO this looks exactly like what she had and I have no fear that it will work IF I EVER NEED IT. As for "pain relief" ... I'm not the dog, so I can't verify that. I can only HOPE that it relieves WHATEVER pain may be at that point. Buddy has never yelped or cried when it happens, but that doesn't make me feel any better when it happens. This is one product you SHOULD HAVE IN YOUR pet arsenal at all times!!

Stops bleeding instantly!
Works great! We use it if we accidentally cut one of the dogs nails too short and it bleeds. Instantly stops the bleeding. Extremely easy to use.

It absolutely works!
Working as a vet tech, I use this stuff all the time at work! The only thing that kinda stinks is that it can be hard to apply to the nail because we can’t contaminate the whole jar so we dump a little out on a piece of paper toweling and then have to try not to dump it everywhere. But overall the stuff works like a champ and isn’t pricey considering the one jar could last a regular family pet a lifetime!

Recommended to me by my dog groomer
Recommended to me by my dog groomer. We have a dog with black toe nails which makes it impossible to see the quick when trimming his toe nails. We don't personally trim the dogs nails for that reason and take him to the groomer who also uses this product. While we have not had to use it at home after a nail trim for any bleeding (they do a great job!) it's comforting to have this available if we need it. Additionally, it can be used on people for small cuts from what I've heard (also have not tried it though I would the next time I have an accidental cut).

It works!
The great thing about this is that it doesn’t dry out like the pads do. Also you can use it on yourself, but it stings a bit. Dip a slightly damp Q-tip and apply. It’s that easy

It does what it’s supposed to do
I cut my puppy’s nail too short and it stopped the bleeding right away. Used a q-tip to apply. It did what it was supposed to do.

Used this product for many years
We have multiple dogs. Trimming nails can result in bleeding. This product quickly stops the bleeding. I have used it on personal small nicks and cuts without adverse effects
