I have suffered with reflux the majority of my adult years, even being on meds did not fix my problem and I wanted a natural fix. Some Philippine friends at church the recommended mangosteen. Unless I take it on a full stomach, it makes my tummy ache. I stopped using it. Most likely, the pharmaceutical prescriptions I am taking for this medical condition is interfering with the Manhosteen Capsules. If I don’t take my prescriptions, I won’t be able to function. It’s a Cat n Mouse Game. However, I’m willing to take Mangosteen Syrup (concentrated). It comes in a.750 ml (25.3 fl. oz) glass bottles; which has a longer shelf life. There are also Independent Distributors. You can find Fresh Mangosteen Fruits in Asian Markets. Sometimes, Sprouts & Kroger carries it as well.
