Really good straightener for the price. After having used very expensive straighteners for years I decided to try this when my expensive brand one stopped working. I was amazed at well this one worked. It’s light weight and straightens my very corse, thick hair beautifully. I like that I have also curl my hair with it. No need to buy the expensive brands anymore! This one is just as good if not better.

I ordered this product in January, 2025 and I was very impressed with its quality. I received the registration / warranty with the product but I had never registered it. It stopped working in June, 2025.. After reaching out the company directly and doing some of the requested troubleshooting, it was deemed faulty. The response time from the company was amazing...and without even registering the product, they sent me a brand new flat iron. It was received within 2 or 3 days. Yes, things happen but I'm 110% confident in this company to stand by their product and make it right. Thank you to their customer service rep, Wendy, for going above and beyond!

This one surprised me didn't expect much from it as all of the hair tools promise you one thing & deliver nothing like what they say but this one..... I knew it was a keeper. The first time I straightened a section of my hair. It heats up quickly, stays hot & finally a flat iron where the buttons aren't in the way, and you keep pressing them and turning off the iron. I might just get a second one as "back up" in case this one has a problem SO FAR ITS ONE OF THE BEST...get one, you'll see what I'm talking about.

After I wrote my original review (below), the seller reached out and offered to provide a refund or a replacement, which I thought was really courteous and appreciated a lot. I went with a refund, so I can’t speak to how the straightener actually functions from a user standpoint, but I do appreciate the effort to not rip people off, and can more confidently recommend this item. I know my stylist has one that works well and she loves it. My suggestion would be to try it as soon as you get it and to register the warranty (there’s an insert in the package and a tag on the cord with the warranty information) to simplify the resolution process if you do run into issues.Original review: I bought this in February after my hair stylist recommended it (she bought hers two years ago). I just tried using it today. It doesn't work at all. It doesn't heat up whatsoever. Really bothered that I didn't try it before the return window closed.

Does the job well

I ordered this flat iron. It's hard to see where you turn it on (the tiny power button is in the middle of 3 tiny gold bars on the side of the iron. After it heated, I started with the first small section of hair, but my hair slipped right through the iron. After several attempts, the same thing kept happening. When the iron was completely cool, I inserted a piece of paper in the iron, and it too slid right out. I could actually see light between the two wands/ Apparently the iron did not close completely, so I returned it for a replacement. The replacement arrived yesterday; it's nice and tight and does the job. Also, it's a LOT less expensive than several other models. So all in all, I think it's a good deal but I need to practice a bit to get the result I'm looking for (not the fault of this particular flat iron).
