This has always been a good toner.. Came across it randomly on Amazon after not using it for a long time. And I must say it still works wonders, brightens, soothes and hydrates the skin without irritation.

Ok not quite 100, but inspired by a woman who layers about 7 toners I thought I would give this one a try. I have to say I actually love it, on my second bottle. Really helps balance my skin living in a hard water area. Slap this on including my hands before moisturiser and helps skin feel less ‘stripped’

Been using for almost a month now.. I can say it sooths the skin but not sure about reducing hyperpigmentation but the product is nice though. Might stil purchase in future
