I ordered this in a large cause I wear a medium and know they can run a little small, I did the wiggle moves and pinch and pull to get it on.it fits snug and makes you sweat alot .

These pants do as they say, it keeps heat on body when its cold outside. The only problem is they make at lot of noise, but they work great.

I didn't like the fact that the pants were so tight at first. They do stretch tho so that's a plus. Let me tell you, these pants will have your whole lower body sweaty! I'm telling you, after a few weeks my legs felt smoother and more defined. I would definitely recommend these pants to anyone who will listen.

I LOVE these pants! It has helped me loss weight and even more importantly keep the weight off. I lose weight dieting but as soon as I eat more I put weight right back on...until I added the sauna pants to my workout. Now I haven't been dieting, just eating a normal amount (no calorie counting) and wearing the sauna pants to workout and I've been able to maintain my weight. Most days I workout between 30-40 minutes rotating between strength training and HIIT. The sauna pants make you sweat like 5x what you would normally. You don't feel super sweaty while you're wearing them but when you take them off you'll be dripping in sweat. Wearing these while working out allows me to stop obsessing over everything I eat and enjoy meals with my family without feeling guilty. Wish I knew about these sooner!

These pants are the best they really work you really sweat the weight off and they are warm

Comfortable to wear. The size tends to run really small according to the website so I ordered XXL (usually I wear M) and it fits perfectly!

These pants are thin in comparison to others Ive used. They have no absorbancy so all the sweat rolls down your legs into your shoes/shoes leaving you with soggy feet. :(
