Yellow curry is spicy but more mellow than red curry and works great with vegetables.

We freaking love this sauce- sautée some meat, slather it in this sauce add coconut milk +starch. As good as any meal I’ve had in Thailand

Yellow curry paste was very difficult to find in the stores. This arrived quickly and was very flavorful.

Very good mix of Thai spices. Easy to add to soups and sauced

Excellent flavor - not too much heat

This thing is spicy and not in a flavorful spicy way. The water seemed bland to ME. I couldn't even use it for my soup after tasting the water my shrimp boiled in. Ultimately, disappointed. Also, not for kids, the soup base is hot!!

Its a small jar, but packed with power. 2 tsps per meal is all you need. You get 4 servings per jar. Each serving could feed a family of 4, depending how you make it and how big of an eater you are. I put some red onion, white carrot, mushrooms and red and green bell pepper in a pan with a couple teaspoons of coconut oil. When I could smell the veggies, I added a can of drain and rinsed chickpeas. After a couple minutes I put a teaspoon more coconut oil and 2 teaspoons of the sauce. Let the sauce (paste) get warm and added a can of simple coconut cream and let simmer while I made a serving of pad thai noodles. It had a nice mellow heat to it, but you could add a thai chili or jalapeno it you want it undeniably hot. I enjoyed it, and have plenty left over.

I am very unhappy with the paste I received, it says on the package that it is Tom Yum paste, but it is far from Tom Yum paste, it should be sweet and sour and a bright, saturated red color, this paste is smelly and spicy, there is not even a mark that it is Tom Yum paste. So write on the package that it is just a spicy paste, but not like Tom Yum. Even the fact that it is supposedly organic does not make it Tom Yum paste. I only ruined the soup with it, I do not recommend it at all if you want to make real Tom Yum soup
