Grocery staple!!!
AMAZING!!!! Making pasta feel healthy!! I have tried almost all the shapes, & so far so good! They are going up in price which sucks but I’m still going to purchase. It has become a staple in our grocery list. Just a tip I like to cook it a little longer than the time it says to give it that soft not al dente pasta

PROS1.) my blood glucose max'ed out at 130 mg/dl during the two hour post-prandialCONS1.) very dry product needing to steep in the pasta water overnight after boiling for at least 20 minutes to be approximately close to Semolina2.) crumbly texture instead of the firm chewy consistency of semolina pasta3.) tan to brown color due to the 2nd largest ingredient: Oat Fiber, instead of the light golden color of Semolina pasta

Are you kidding me with this price, Amazon? Product is the best low carb pasta option I've had (on dirty Keto diet currently) but nearly 20 bucks for one package.... COME ON.
