I had to give it a good review. It's actually a pretty good product overall.The one issue I have is that it's a "bathroom faucet" that swivels 360°. It's my fault for ordering a bathroom faucet that the kids can rotate outside of the sink area! So in that regard it's a strange design, because I cannot think of a good reason to have your bathroom faucet rotate outside of 160° maximum.It's not a very tall faucet, so you couldn't use it to fill a basin resting on the counter or anything like that.It's fairly sturdy and straight forward to install, doesn't leak.So if YOUR kids won't rotate it OFF the sink area and turn it on, is recommend it.

Looks great and super easy to clean - basically can be wiped clean with one hand. The faucet swivels, but not loosely, and the drain stop functions without issue. Super easy install. Hose connections from handles to faucet are quick connect, so no wrench work there. If you have a long phillips screwdriver, the position locks on the handles are easily fixed as well, but a regular length driver will work fine. Make sure when you install everything, pay close attention to where washers and seals go and how they are oriented. Do that, make it all snug, and there will be no leaks.

Now this is an easy review to write. These faucets (I bought 2 to match in my bathroom) are easy to install and were half the cost of name brands. Worked perfect and look perfect.

If I could, I would give this zero stars. Extremely disappointed that we have to replace our whole faucet and the pop up drain after less that three years of use. The matte black faucet and drain is a defective product and does not have “Premium Surface Finish resist corrosion and tarnishing” as stated in the description.Updated 10/2022:After less than three years of regular bathroom use, we have to replace this faucet. The initial paint finish problems we had with the pop up drain continued, and now the matte black paint on the drain has chipped around all the edges and is bubbling on the main part of the drain piece. Even worse, the faucet and handles are corroding and losing their matte black finish at the base. We do not use any harsh cleaning products and the faucet is only subject to regular bathroom use by two adults. The bottom of each fixture is corroding, leaving a ring of thick residue behind on the countertop and showing copper toned metal under the paint. When we try to wipe up the residue, more paint rubs off the fixtures.Early 2020: This faucet works as expected, which is great. The finish is great and it’s not quite as modern looking as some of the other matte black faucets I’ve seen, which is what I wanted. Looks great in the bathroom in my old house. So far the finish on the faucet and handles is in tact, but after only a week or so of use the matte black finish is continuously chipping off of the edges of the pop up drain. Unfortunately the drain is actual a shiny silver nickel color under the black paint, so the chips are very obvious. I’m hoping this doesn’t happen to the faucet and handles, too. If it does, I guess I will be purchasing a different faucet from a different company.
