Faults, still Five Stars
Out of the box a five. Shipping carton taped lid came apart at delivery one day early, all parts present. I was impressed with overall quality of the materials and pleasantly surprised by the taupe color of the cargo bed and rails. Took me about an hour to assemble after identifying parts and digesting instructions - quite easy work if followed with a socket ratchet wrench. Works well after assembly, has the sturdy tight feel lacking in my previous garden carts. As for the max load capacity, I do not plan to test the 1,200 Lb limit, half that will meet all of my yard needs. This being said, here are my pros and cons - keeping in mind that I am a self made household handyman - Pros - 1. Well designed for yard work, unique dumping feature (you do the lifting) 2. Plastic bed bottom liner, not mentioned in the product description 3. Front wheel assembly built for heavy garden tractor duty (most carts are not) and I am mindful of other comments about the weak tow bar and tilt over) 4. I did not experience the tire odor mentioned by others - noticeable with nose near the tire Cons - 1. Production flawed rear assembly struts (angles), both ends - axle and bed frame. A vice is needed 2. Hard to thread on rear wheel nuts - difficult forced start, after a few turns, seems to settle in OK 3. A bit small for general big yard (2.5 acres) duty, needs 8" longer bed, A larger Gorilla unit is available. Others might have taken off a star or two for these inconveniences, but the value far exceeds the faults and the wagon should perform well. I will update this review after a summer's work. Sealed wheel bearing failure was a common complaint of reviewers.

Gorilla Carts GORMP-12 Steel Dump Cart
I read the negative reviews on this so I felt compelled to share my experience. The cart is very nice! Arrived neatly packed in the box, I had fun assembling this, took about 45mins but I'm mechanically inclined. It went together nicely with no issues. The assembly manual is clearly detailed with photos and they break-down each baby-step for you. The bolts come attached to a flat blister pack , and each set of bolts has the corresponding step number , so it's impossible to mix them up (granted you don't go off the sequence). Use a 10mm and 13mm socket wrench for most of the bolts. The cart is built well, sturdy and stabile and with a nice paint job. The oversized rubber tires are really great, very smooth travel going down curbs and stuff. The dump feature works well, and is worth the extra few dollars. Although I cannot verify the 1,200lb load capacity, for this price I would imagine it's fine for most tasks. We're pulling fire wood stacked-up above the sides , and I see no stress on the cart and it handles well. Would highly recommend to anyone researching these, great buy!

Wagon on Wheels
This is a great cart. It has replaced the old, less sturdy wagon. If you have heavy-duty yard work on barn things, you can't beat it. The specs. on the wagon sat it all. My only concern is that it was a bit tricky to put together. Instructions and the usual bolts and screws were all separately packed for each part of the process. I would buy another one if I needed it.

Nice cart, seems well built and should last!
The cart went together well, all of the nuts and bolts are shrink wrapped on cardboard. There were a couple of items that could have been done better. The handle and tongue could be made to fit better. You have to squeeze the ears that the handle attaches to in almost 3/8". Seems to me it could be a cleaner fit. I had to file the slots on the front and back so the sides would fit...the tabs were welded slightly narrow. The parts that should be rethought are the spacers behind the wheels where they go on the axle. The axles are too long for the width of the wheels so a plastic spring (yes plastic) is placed behind the hub of the wheel before installing and attaching the washer and nut. A simple solid spacer of steel the correct size would make more sense. The plastic spring allows the wheels to be a little sloppy. Enough nit picking...I think it should last for several years to come.

Huge load carrying capacity and very sturdy materials.
First off, this is not like putting together anything from IKEA, lol. This cart is boxed up in a single package and everything is marked for easy assembly. All the fasteners are on a card with numbered steps and counts of how many there are supposed to be at each step. No pieces were missing. The metal was all painted or coated nicely and the fasteners are all zinc plated. With a little help you can assemble this cart in under an hour. Very happy with the materials used. You can flip the cart up to dump materials out and you have the choice of having the sides up or down so if you need a flat bed, you can do that. If you need a box cart, you can do that too. If you need to move some mulch, that's a yes. It also comes with a thick plastic liner so material won't fall through the mesh grate bed. Tires are pneumatic, not hard rubber. Oh, and the handle can be used like a wagon handle it it converts to connect to an ATV or a lawn tractor. My only wish were that it was physically larger. It's smaller than I thought. Overall, excellent quality. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Love my cart!
This cart is very sturdy. I use it for everything, not just yard work. If I ever need another, I’ll go with this brand as I believe this model has been discontinued.

Amazing
Quality is everywhere. From the materials to the making. It works so well in the garden or in the barn hauling hay.

This cart has met all my expectations and is better than I could even imagine! Strong and sturdy and hauls nicely behind my John Deere riding lawnmower. Highly recommend this to anyone that needs to do some serious hauling

Fantastic work cart - well worth paying extra from the lower models to get the dump-truck capability. Solidly built and rolls great even over uneven terrain.

Bought this wagon to do chores around the homestead. Assembly is pretty straight forward. Good directions easy to follow. Only complaint is, I would have assemble the Back axle then the front. Doing it in this order allow the front axle assembly to lean against the back allowing for much easier assembly of the front axle. The parts seem to be sturdy enough other than the plastic springs for the axle tire assemble: For the price I expected better quality on a few items. Cold weather might allow for these PLASTIC springs to fail thus allowing your wheels to become loose and wobble like a drunk cat on a tightrope. I wouldn't test the 1200 lb rating ever. The overall length is misrepresented, that rate/size is with the wagon "handle" attached, Hummm.? Over all ,it will do the light chores around the acreage for sure. Hope this helps you in making a decision to purchase this item.

Arrived in box, damaged....Parts don't align or fit properly. Wheels are at angles to each other so they don't turn together..... Really poor manufacturing and trying to get through to the warranty department is a impossible... two weeks of trying and no reply or answer as yet... Did not meet our expectations......
