Excellent replacement for the original that I wore out on my first knee replacement. This one is still going strong after my second knee replacement. Highly recommended.

This was just what the doctor ordered when I hurt my knee. You need the cooler part, but it made icing my knee so easy. No mess and easy to change when it was no longer cold.

This has been an enormous blessing for us after my husband's ACL surgery. This fit his knee while wrapped, and after the bandages were removed. The ability to ice the knee with continually iced water without fighting to keep it in place was a blessing. We were advised to use 3 standard 16-oz disposable water bottles instead of ice. We had 6 frozen; 3 in the machine and 3 freezing/refreezing at all times. The AIRCAST system is worth every penny and then some! With the variety of cuffs available for various body parts, it will come in handy for all kinds of situations.

I've had several orthopedic surgeries and bought this item because my kit came with the shoulder piece originally. This was delivered quickly and it's incredibly Easton use. Only problem was that after about 3 days the little black gasket just broke, and there were no extras in the packaging. One of my friends even went to home depot to try to get a replacement, but that didn't work. So, from day 4 on, I had to go to sink or bathtub to fill/empty or I'd get myself, couch and floor very wet. I gave this a 4 star rating because it stayed very cold and was very easy to use and I'm positive it helped me after my knee surgery. I think other reviews also stated the gasket and leaking issues, so you have to decide if it's worth the probable leaking.
