New to overlocking as bought an overlocker already complete with white thread. Needed black so after a struggle to thread it up got there in the end and found this thread a perfect replacement for the white.A very good buy for the price.

Great Item, But damaged in Transit
Having bought this item before (in white) speaks for itself.The problem is it was damaged in transit. The top of one of the cones is crushed so probable won't work on my industrial machine.

A good thread for overlocking at a fair price

Diabolical customer service
I ordered 8 cones and one was faulty as seen in the photos. The thread is wound above the height of the cone. Any experience seamstress with tell you at some point the thread will not come off the cone properly and will tangle becoming useless due to this fault when it was wound. Unfortunately the company wanted to charge more than the cost of one cone for me to return it. And they say they care about environmental issues!! Lesson learnt- I will purchase elsewhere in future.
