I never write reviews, however this time I am. I am really disappointed in this brand for the beet sprouts. I have tried three different times to get these to sprout in both a mason jar and then I went out and bought microgreen trays hoping I would get a different response...all three times nothing happened. I waited for almost two weeks the first two times...nothing. This time in the trays, even though I followed the instructions to a tee, they smell moldy....and after 7 days still nothing has happened other than the moldy smell which if they are moldy I cannot eat them for obvious reasons.I cannot ask for my a refund or return the rest of the seeds, so it was a waste of money.I wish they had worked as I love Beet Microgreens/Sprouts and wanted to stop paying the high prices at the grocery store. I will have to look for a different brand, and I hope to find better success.

Very few seeds are sprouting. Only thing I can think is may be they are not all that fresh.they do take a little longer to germinate .one can not combine with other seeds.

Not at all what I expected after growing other salad sprouts for many years. Sprouting a small batch took 3x as long to even begin and there was minimal sprouting at best. I would return the rest of the bag, but it was not allowed.

Very slow to sprout compared to radishes, broccoli, mixed micro greens, cress and garbanzo beans.

Not suitable for sprouting. Better for microgreens.
