Very tasty
A few minutes in the pan and you have a very tasty snack. Add some pizza sauce and toppings and it's a meal.

If you have ever gone to the Christkindle market, they have a booth that sells sandwiches and they use this cheese. Now you can purchase this cheese on line and make your own all year long. Its definitely worth the price.

Cheaper than buying it at King Sooper's or Safeway, and arrived promptly and in good condition. Delicious, when I need a Norwegian fix. Recently had big dental surgery and this is comfortable to eat.

Unique and worth the price
A friend brought this product to camp last year. Tried it with breakfast and loved it. Sliced into small strips and flash cooked on the flat top. YUMMMM!!!!

I can not explain why but... this cheese is addicting. You can tell it is baked... the texture is almost bread-like. I buy the reg, the jalapeno, and the hatch flavors. I like them all equally.
