Somewhat disappointed in my purchase of this item
This pipe is fine. It is not spectacular by any means. The description is vague and dimensions are insufficient to make a good decision on purchasing one. I'll probably still smoke it but it will by no means ever be a pipe that is a "go to" pipe.

Poor Quality of this Pipe
Having owned Meerschaum pipes in the past, I know that they are delicate and can not take the abuse a brier pipe takes. This pipe is a "Composite Meerschaum pipe that came in a 3 pipe package deal. I smoked this "Lions Head pipe between 12 to 15 times. Using matches to light and Cavendish tobaccos, the Meerschaum began to crack and broke. After talking to the Manufacturer, I upgraded to a solid block Meerschaum Pipe. I was not satisfied with the quality of this pipe at all.

Great addition to my collection .

A bit smaller then I expected, the mouth piece where it fits into the pipe is loose.
Made with plastic at the joint that heats up... can we say ptfe's. I removed the plastic, trashed the resin mouth piece and carved my own. The craftmanship of the pipe head is a bit thin at the top of the bowl. Other then that I am happy with it for the price.
