I love too cook. This has been able make me up my game. Reheating smoked meats use this to seal in the flavor without drying out. Steaks gets them perfect without drying out and cooked amazingly. I used this to Sousvide about 8 ribeye's for mothers day and got so much praise. It is amazing how versatile it is for cooking. It can fit a lot of meat, opening the lid every so often to check the warmth of the water, and the aluminum rust resistant rack ensures none of the packages ever get too close to the heating element (bought separately)

Easy buy. It works perfectly. Big sous vide container. Got the sous vide as a gift, but my large pot wasn't big enough, this gives me plenty of room for a family meal

Product works well with my Sous Vide. It seems durable, is easily washable, holds in heat well and isn't obnoxiously big. I've only used it a few times so far, but if anything changes, I will update. Good purchase for the price.

I’ve done long cooks in this container like 24 hour cooks. I’m not sure that they added protection of a wrap outside is actually needed. I think as long as you actually have it covered the water will not evaporate. It’s a great size just the right balance for a three or four person meal. Great quality at last as design is good and that energy efficiency is fantastic.

Very Nice. Works Great. Wife is impressed with item. Makes it easy saves money both cooling the house and keeping the temperature steady. That is the whole point. Very satisfied with this purchase.

The insulating sleeve ensures that this plastic pan holds in heat well, although I set the rig on a quarter-sheet sized cooling rack as a trivet. Using the included folding rack, and a pair of tongs (not included,) I was able to submerge a factory-sealed plastic container for kefir fermentation. So, it works well for yogurts and kefir, both fully submerged and as a (covered) Bain Marie. The silicone lid, plus a little plastic wrap around the immersion circulator, keeps the water level steady enough that I do not have to add extra water in a 36 hour cook. That means I can sleep through the night without worrying. Water does, however, condense on the lid, and drip onto a tightly covered Bain Marie. Knowing that I can keep items from floating without much fuss, I now feel confident enough with sous vide to expand my repertoire to more standard sous vide recipes. So far, there have been no issues cooking in a pancake batter bowl with lid, mason jars, or plastic jugs, so I’m confident that a reusable vacuum-sealed plastic bag will also work.
