Softness is exceptional!
This was great for all of my dogs... You wouldn't believe how soft their fur feels. It also smells really great! It's worth the money.

Amazing brand! but lacking conditioner :(
Overall a good conditioner. I bought this brand as a way to find out what works best for my dogs which included the shampoo, desheding shampoo, and conditioner and sadly I have to say the conditioner was a little underwehelming, it left no scent (which some may prefer) and while it softened their coats it just cant compare with the results I get using tropiclean. BUT if you are looking for a deshedding shampoo LOOK NO FURTHER! I have had absolutely amazing results with their deshedding shampoo which has really helped my german shepherds fur and the normal shampoo is very hydrating and the very light smell seems to help my dog relax through the process. Overall I highly recommend this brand as a whole but if you are looking from a super soft puppy I would pair these shampoos with the tropicleans conditioner.

Rancid
I have been buying this product to use at my professional grooming shop for 5 years. The last 2 gallons have went rancid before the gallon was gone. Our business usually goes through about a gallon in just over a month. It is stored in its original bottle at room temperature. I have contacted the manufacturer and confirmed there has been change in the ingredients. They told me they'd look into it and call me back, which they never have. The smell these turn to is horrid (gag inducing) and absolutely not usuable. There's no way it'd be safe to use on a dog, and I would definitely not send my clients home smelling that bad. I am disappointed in how my inquiry was handled. Not only am I now stuck with literally dumping my money down the drain, I have to find a replacement for a once much trusted brand. The honey almond scent has also gone rancid- 3 gallons now (I kept giving them another chance) but other scents do not seem affected.
