It’s a great book. But as a baker who works with florals for the past 15 years I can say the recipes are a bit too sweet for me and the floral component are very little. I usually double the floral part of the recipe.

Arrived fast and well packaged. It’s also a gift for a friend. But looks really nice and interesting, I may order again for myself.

Awesome book. Photos help and appreciate the recipes to create your own flower sauces and syrups. Also how to find these unique items.

Such a beautiful book with tons of helpful tutorials and creative recipes. You can tell the author poured lots of love into it's pages. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who loves infusing unique flavors into their bakes and wants to step out of the box to create different recipes!

Absolutely stunning!!! Can’t even describe how beautiful this entire book is, the cover itself is gorgeous and the illustrations inside are even more beautiful! The recipes are easy to follow and straight forward ! Have been able to make a few cakes myself :) highly recommend this to any baker or even just for fun!

Filled to the brim with stunning photography, innovative recipes, and so many step by step pictures, the entire book is a dream. From layered cakes and cream puffs, to slice and bake cookies and candied petals, there's something here for every kind of baker. Amy walks you through floral piping tutorials, as well as gives suggestions on how to decorate with different kinds of flowers. I've already made the rose shortbread (melt in your mouth heaven!), cherry blossom sables (so easy!), and wreath cookies (these are a show stopper), and cannot wait to bake my way through this book!

Every page is written in great detail, photos were taken with love and it's a great addition to add to my baking knowledge and my non-existent book shelf of cooking books I am hoping to collect. Every recipe is detailed, and teaches you step by step on how to recreate these amazing cookies, cakes etc. This makes a great gift to someone else or to treat yourself <3!

Each of the recipes I have tried has had easy to follow steps and been very accessible to a novice baker. That being said, they also have twists and concepts that I never would have thought of, and go far beyond the basic recipes you would find online. My only issue has been pacing myself and savouring the treats I've made as they're too good to save and I end up eating them all right away!
