We had the Donjoy ice machine for my husband’s first knee surgery two years ago & lent it to a friend. We never checked the box when got it back, just assumed all was ok. It wasn’t, apparently a dog had chewed on the pad part! When we plugged it in when when husband got home from the hospital, it leaked like a sprinkler! Thank heavens for Amazon and this replacement pad! Fits perfectly!!

Product is faulty. I bought this pad as a replacement for my ice machine. I am recovering from knee replacement surgery. More than once I have awakened to wet pajama pant leg and wet bed linen. I thought it might be a bad connection to the ice machine tube. But the connection is tight. It’s the pad that leaks. So, I am up in the middle of the night with wet pajamas and sheets. This is an inferior product with no return policy.

The pad fit perfectly with our Breg Polar care cube. Gets very cold!

Is as advertised

My girlfriend blew out her shoulder with a multi-tear rotater cuff injury. Had the surgery to correct it and I bought this appliance to use with an ice machine I borrowed from a friend for her recovery. This appliance is absolutely incredible. You can adjust it multiple ways, with velcro straps and a shape/design that lets you mold it to any body part you need to, and it stays in that position FOR MONTHS. Not just that, but the connectors are rock-solid and DO NOT LEAK OR DRIP ONE BIT. And let me tell you, my girl beat the hell out of it, tossing and turning and folding it this way and that over MONTHS of recovery, sleeping with it on, waking up with it mashed up underneath her because of her tossing and turning, and never once did it leak. This thing is tough as hell. And it transmits the cold almost instantly. SOOO much better than ice-packs. Can't thank you guys enough for making such a durable, functional, INEXPENSIVE top quality product. My girl thanks you too. Your appliance provided TONS of badly needed relief. Absolute 5-Star across the board. I really mean that. This thing was a life saver

Fit my unit perfect

Brought this product for an upcoming surgery that wound up taking place today, May 3. Unfortunately, surgery is now 1 day after the return window and this cold water universal fit pad for cryotherapy unit does not work. I'm here in agony, and had to turn to old fashion ice packs despite the machine working with another pad that doesn't fit for my surgical need. This wound up being a waste of time and money.Monica M

I got my machine from the hospital, but wanted a bigger pad than they gave me. This pad was larger, but leaked water all over my couch. I had just had joint replacement surgery on my big toe, so I wasn’t getting up and around that well to notice it at first. I thought maybe I just didn’t attach the tubes very well. I tried again later that night, and got water all over my bed. I’m just returning it. I’ll use a regular ice pack. It’s just easier.
