This has definitely changed in color and scent. Hopefully, it's all due to it being natural. It is a great product which was recommended for my autistic son by his neuropsychologist, among other supplements. It has worked for my son and I also began taking it for focus.

I'm at the point of my usage where I take the recommended break but overall I've noticed a difference to my energy levels.

I have been using this product for a little over a month now. I was skeptical at first because I have tried so many natural ways to lose weight. This made me a believer. I have lost 5 pounds since I started taking this. It definitely has helped with the sugar cravings as that has been my struggle. I don’t even think about sweets anymore. My portions have been smaller because I get full faster. No side effects. I feel great!

I really wanted to love this product, but the quality was unacceptable.When I opened the bottle, there was a strong chemical odor. I tried taking one capsule, and the taste was extremely chemical.I even opened a capsule to taste the powder directly — it was unpleasant and artificial, not at all what real saffron should taste like. Tasted like a balloon!When I added a little water, the powder turned neon yellow, which is not typical of natural saffron.I reached out to the company about these concerns.I appreciate that Amazon refunded me, but I cannot recommend this product.I would suggest looking for a higher quality saffron extract from a more trusted source.

I'm dumfounded at how well this stuff works. I originally took it for the appetite suppression (which works wonderful for that as well); however it has made a massive difference for my permanent depression and anxiety. I have very very severe PTSD from severe abuse and trauma as a child. This stuff works better than my legally prescribed marijuana, if you can believe that. I'm so shocked but will continue to take it forever so PLEASE don't stop making this!!Update from my original review. In addition to the anxiety / PTSD, I found this supplement has another huge benefit, water weight control and seasonal allergy relief for congestion. I'm still dumbfounded at the vast array of benefits this supplement has. I have increased my dosage to 4 sets of 2 per day. My husband now takes it as well as we both do 16:8 fasting. Even without the appetite effects, the range of benefits is well worth keeping maintaining saffron in our regular supplement regimen. Saffron is safe up to 1gram per day.

I was reading everyones reviews and wanted to add to it. You need to take any supplement at least 2 weeks before you see the full effects. You also need to be consistant. You can take up to 4 pills a day. Some people take 2 in the morning and then 1 to 2 in the evening. Or break it up to 4 times spread out theough the day. My original review- I bought this because I heard saffron extract helps with anxiety. The best part it also is an appetite suppressant. I take 2 pills every morning about 30 min after I wake up. I can tell you my mood has changed. And I also feel full most of the time. I know this stuff works because one day, something happened at work and my anxiety started. When I started feeling the anxiety and the over-thinking, I remembered that I forgot to take the pill that morning. So I took it right away. Within an hour, I could almost care less about what happened. Everytime I start to think about it, it does not bother me as much as it would if I didn't take this supplement. It really does work. Pills are small and there is no aftertaste.
