I am a former smoker, a professional chef who Loves anything garlic and other long lasting flavors of foods. That said, all of us who appreciate more pungent things to eat and consume usually have the breath to match our indulgences! Enter Thera-Breath toothpaste, which upon first use, does not greatly impress with its very mild flavor and simply clear appearance on your toothbrush...there is no color or opaque qualities to this at all, could be thick water for all you know. This does not offer any immediate freshness of mint or any other flavor to mask mouth odors at all... That said, what you do notice immediately is that your mouth shifts into absolute neutral with use of this product! No more stale tastes or bad breath, and the ability to go between even a couple of cumin or garlic laden meals without out denuding its effects. Common mouthsores and other conditions simply disappear; probably due to the lack of irritating ingredients to make the mouth cleaner smelling. This is an innovative product which performs admirably, my wife says destroys morning breath as well. A true game changer as far as toothpastes go and well worth a try. I do not recommend using this in conjunction with other pastes or mouthwashes as these diminish longer lasting effects of this toothpaste, unless of course, you were to use their version of mouthwash, which I am now ordering just to see what it's like---I otherwise have no need for any other product like this one.

I’ve been using TheraBreath’s 12-Hour Toothpaste for a while now, and it does an excellent job at keeping my breath fresh throughout the day. I love that it’s dentist-formulated and doesn’t contain any harsh ingredients. My mouth feels clean and refreshed after every use, and the 12-hour protection is real—I notice the difference compared to other brands. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the mild mint flavor is very subtle. If you prefer a stronger minty taste, you might find it a bit too gentle. But if you have sensitive gums or prefer a toothpaste that isn’t overpowering, this could be perfect for you. Overall, it’s a fantastic toothpaste that really works, and the pack of two is great value!

I'm not sure what I think of this. I love the mouthwash, and it definitely works to keep your breath fresh all day. But this toothpaste has the feel of whitening gel, and doesn't foam up like toothpaste that we're used to. I've been adding it on my brush along with my regular toothpaste since I don't want to waste it. Seems to me like a waste of money. I will say the mouthwash-yay, the toothpaste-nay.
