Great supplement, easy to use and digest

I have been using this for about a week and I am already feeling some relief in my joints (I have psoriatic arthritis so this is a good thing)! I am hoping and expecting that this improvement will continue the longer I take it and will update my review in a few months. This product seems to be of good quality and the ingredients are certified as organic and contain a combination of ingredients that make the turmeric easy for your body to absorb. I also like that it is manufactured in the U.S. The somewhat large pills worried me when I first opened the bottle, but are actually easy to swallow (so don't let that scare you). I do question the directions on the bottle for how to take this supplement (the full dose of 3 pills once a day since my research has indicated it's better to spread the dose out several times over the course of a day) and that's why I didn't give this 5 stars (and I think the "Supplement Facts" on the back of the label could be laid out more clearly). However, since the dosage is 3 pills a day, it is easy to spread out the dosage yourself, so that's a relatively minor concern. I definitely recommend this product. The price also seems very reasonable.

Great product, decent price

My family has a history of arthritis and so as I got older I've wanted to address the issues without chemical medications. I found this product and chose to get it because it was a blend of natural remedies used for joint health. Though I was very excited for this product after taking it for a couple of months I didn't notice any difference... this was especially clear after I stopped taking it and didn't notice any difference like I needed it back in my routine. Everyone is different however and it's not like it hurt me or made me feel sick or worse. Try it; it may work for you!

I have been taking this supplement for a couple of months, with copious amounts of ginger and black pepper. i have noticed that after running especially my recovery is much quicker. Much less inflammation. I run right now 20 to 25 K runs.
