I really love this hand shower attachment so far. It’s well-made and thoughtfully designed. The package includes a set of adapters, but unfortunately, none of them fit my bathroom faucet, which is slightly wider than standard. I reached out to the seller, and they quickly responded and shipped me a custom adapter that fit perfectly.I finally got it set up today, and it works just as expected. The included diverter makes it easy to switch between faucet and hand shower mode, which is super convenient.Highly recommend this product—not just for its functionality, but also for the excellent customer support!

I installed this on our garden tub for my wife to make it easier to wash and rinse her hair. Installation was quick and easy. It came with all of the parts that I needed, and my wife loves it.

I purchased this when it was discounted during Amazon Prime Days, so it was especially affordable. The sprayer comes with multiple adapters to use with a variety of different connectors, so it's going to be compatible with most faucets/spiggots/whatever those are called. The connector and hose materials are also good quality and durable. The sprayer head is plastic, but that makes it easy to maintain--if you just wipe it down after use it won't collect calcium deposits or get gross. And the different settings are great! No leaks and good pressure.Note that the instructions that come with this have very small type and photos, so they are hard to read. For the most part you don't need them (pictures didn't have to be too detailed), but orientation is important so you need to confirm you're installing it right side up (the adhesive liner does not include any directional arrows to draw attention to this). Installing it upside down makes it difficult to use and prevents you from being able to take advantage of the "adjustable" feature and tilt it at different angles.How do I know this? You guessed it, I installed it upside down! But the holder part was separating from the sticky part, so I reached out to customer service to see if that was supposed to happen, if it could be fixed without replacement, and if there was a way to turn it over. Turns out it's not supposed to come up from the sticky part that that you can't reuse the adhesive once you've gone through everything required to remove it (for me it consisted of a heat gun, scraper, and some awkward poses). There were a couple miscommunications, but the company was quick to answer questions and sent me a replacement part. Works great now!

I'm very happy with this shower head attachment. My bathtub faucet is 23.5mm 15/16th and I knew I would have to go to the hardware store to get an adapter because of the detailed description from the seller and the reviews. As long as you expect a little elbow grease, you won't be disappointed. It comes with a really useful Guage measuring thing that made it easy to determine what fitting i needed prior to going to the hardware store. I appreciate the seller explicitly offering to provide the proper adapter, if necessary and that says a lot about the seller. I decided to do it myself because they provided everything possible to help me with the process. Oh and I love the bypass feature that allows me to fill my tub with the faucet. I chose this option because of the lower cost and faster shipping and I happily accepted the little DIY challenge. I am positive that most won't need to go to the store to get an adapter because it came with so many different fittings. My tub faucet is just strange lol

I chose this one because the reviews assured me that if it didn’t fit, they’d provide a custom adapter, so that sold me. It just arrived and I went right to install it. It was super easy! Came with instructions and even a thing to measure your faucet with, which I thought was really nice and may come in handy for those who may need it! Came with quite a few adapters, and I was prepared to try and use em’, but per the instructions, it said to try the diverter on the faucet as is first, which to my surprise and delight, it fit right on, so didn’t even need the adapters! Installed everything else, put the holder on the wall, and it was off to the races! I love the different spray modes as well. Overall, super happy that I could finally turn my jet tub into a shower and will update if any issue(s), but seems to be pretty good so far!

Item was easy to install. Works as described.One issue with my order is the wand head has a chip of finish missing. Water leaks from the head even when pressure is turned off on the wand.

We were skeptical as the product was sighted for frequent returns. We found it great as it is a good fit for our moen tub faucet. Also we did not need Tools easy to fix with hands and absolutely no leaks and Asia holder is provided as well. The sticky holder could have been bit sturdy but still works for our chid to have a mini shower set up so she be on her own
