It's nicer than you think...
I got the pull-up bar as I wanted to have this feature, along with a dip bar, and a push-up option. There are many options online and they all look the same after a while.I chose this one for the reasons above and because it has adjustable height and rack slots on the back, just in case I want to put bands around it or a bar on it.The instructions are pretty clear and all the parts were there. There was only one issue with the build but I cannot attach a picture here. When you get near the end, you have to put in 2 horizontal "pins" (on each side) that you can loosen and move so as to move the pull-up bar higher or lower. The higher one of the two on both sides is not cut really well so the rubber from the plug (I call it that...it's put on the top of the vertical metal beam so that there is nothing sharp) goes into the hole for the screw and pin. I had to take a drill to it and use the side of the drill to whittle down the rubber...it didn't take but a minute on each side, but it was necessary. If you see the same thing, you'll know what to do...One more small issue. The vertical portions do not have a left and right side...they are the same. This is only odd when you have to put in the above-mentioned pins and they both face one way...it's not like the handles are on the outside only. They are on the right side of the bar, both sides...a bit odd, but whatever. As far as performance goes, I'm not 100% sure how long this will hold up. I have the fear that it might break but it seems to be built pretty well. I'm not light (a bit over 200 pounds...muscular) and it takes my weight well. The dips are solid and the pull-up bar seems to be fine. The backrest for the "leg lifts" gets in the way a bit with pull-ups but it's not something I will not get used it.Overall, for 150.00, this is a good buy...if you're into working out and especially now, with the gyms being closed, you'll be hard-pressed to do better than this pull-up bar. It offers many options/functions and it seems to be built well-enough.I'm glad I bought it...you will be, too. It's not as heavy or sturdy as a gym brand one for maybe 1500.00 or more dollars, but it'll get the job done!

Best for small spaces
For people with lower back problem, the pull up bar station is convenient way to exercise upper body without aggravating their condition. Top crossbar is also useful as a hanger for variety of rubber bands and tubings.Assembly was simple, straightforward. All predrilled holes matched well. At the final stage of assembly I was spooked for a moment when the last remaining parts, the top and the back rest crossbars had the screw holes about 1” wider than the posts. Thought that I had the wrong size bars in the package. Then I realized that I only needed to stretch the posts apart a little. This unit has about the smallest footprint I could find - 28” across. The right fit for my small apartment. It happened to be the lightest one, too, without compromising on sturdiness. I am 6’, 215 lbs and have not encountered any problems. Except when pulling down a rubber band that is hanging off-center near the post. There is occasional creak in the back support screws. Some users of other models complained about the wobble of their stations. My unit stands on the carpet and does not wobble at all.Because of its narrow width, the unit feels a bit claustrophobic when exercising with rubber bands hanging off the crossbar. I wish the elbow consoles were removable in some quick on/off manner. They restrict movement under the crossbar. Some exercises are plain impossible with consoles in the way.All other models that I saw on the internet have these consoles permanently welded to the posts. Version with the tight fit slide-in/ out consoles would make this model even more enjoyable. Push-up handles with adjustable angle would also increase its usefulness.
