Beautiful orchid!
Not quite sure why there were so many negative reviews on this item. My orchid was packaged extremely well from the protective extra cardboard to the stakes and netting protecting the flower. The plant was all in tact and looks amazing! Highly recommend!!!

Pleasantly Surprised!
Amazing product! I had low expectations considering i was ordering a delicate plant to be shipped in the middle of winter, but I have to say that these flowers are amazing a very healthy! I have had them for a few weeks now and the colors are still very vibrant and more buds still keep blooming! They require minimal care and are the perfect decorative piece!

A gift far better than cut flowers
UPDATE: I have now purchased three of these to be sent as gifts, and the third was as lovely as the others. I've sent these to different places at different times of the year and they've all been lovely; in fact, the recent one was prettier than the orchids sold at our local Whole Foods market, even though they are from the same company. I'm thinking of sending myself one! I've begun to think that, perhaps, the problems outlined in the negative reviews were because of issues with the carrier. This was the second orchid I've purchased from Color Orchids, and sent as a gift to a friend. Like the first one, this one arrived in perfect shape, and quickly. I've also purchased a Color Orchid locally (it turns out the greenhouse is not far from where I live) and have been very pleased. These orchids are stunningly beautiful and care is taken for shipping. The first one I purchased, a white one, actually made it to the recipient in time for Valentines day (though that wasn't the reason I sent it.) You can have no fear ordering these as gifts, or for yourself. The little 'shot glass' watering cup even ensures that the plant won't be overwatered.

WORST BUY EVER, IS IF YOU THROW YOUR MONEY IN THE GARBAGE.
Do yourself a favor go to Costco. The big nice healthy orchid in the picture is from Costco. If you don’t have a membership, Home Depot plants just as nice. I like nothing about this midget cheap half dead over priced orchid I got from amazon. Two of the buds were dying upon arrival. They were black with a hole in the bud. Then it fell off. Do not buy, it’s a total waste of money. Go to Costco, Home Depot or s nursery and you will be happy. Sorry I didn’t go to the store. Thought shopping online from amazon was going to be nice and easy, things coming to your door. Big mistake. And there return policy sucks. No return. When Home Depot, Costco have a much better selection to chose from with a great return policy if you not happy or if the plant die. Don’t buy. Trust me. You will be happy.

I SHOULD HAVE READ THE OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING THIS AND ON TOP OF IT, I BOUGHT 2 OF THEM.THEY WERE TINY, POT - 4" FLOWERS WERE 12" ANDE 13" TALL.NOW, THEBLOOMS WERE THE """TINY""" ONES, NOT THE REGULAR LARGER BLOOMS.AND TO THINK THAT I PAID OVER $70.00 TO INSURE 1 DAY SHIPPING BECAUSE OF THE COLD WEATHERR.I AM WITH THE OTHER PEOPLE THAT GAVE THESE BAD REVIEWS. DO NOT BUY!! ! ! ! ! ! !I OWN 14 ORCHID PLANTS AND THIS IS THE WORST ORCHID THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN.AND WHAT HAPPENED TO THE 15" TO 20" SIZE?????

BROKEN & no refund
Just received 30 minutes ago, the orchid was broken, tried to request the refund and this item isn’t apply for refund, so I paid for receiving a broken flower.

Beautiful plant with many healthy buds!
Received a well packaged plant without any breakage, dead or wilt. Healthy plant with a watering cup and care instructions included. Very nice as a gift!!

Exactly as Promised
Beautiful, healthy plant with vibrant richly colored blossoms. Exactly as described and promised. This is my first orchid ever, and I could not be happier. I look forward to my future purchases from this company. They obviously care about their plants and their customers.
