Replaced the older version of same motion detector with this one a couple of months ago in my retail store. Working great so far. The other one was inconsistent, but with this one I can work in my office or back room without jumping up to look in the store every time I hear a noise. Very happy! Super easy to install. I was even able to use the same bracket that was already in the ceiling from the last one.

I tried 5 different cheap wireless door chimes and every single one of them came with problems. Some would chime when no one was even there. Others would interfere with other wireless things in my home.So this was the last straw. And it has come through with flying colors. Works every single time and has a simple sound that is easy to hear, but does not play the Russian national anthem or the happy birthday song when someone enters the door.Was super easy to install and does what it's supposed to do. Does not interfere with other devises.Just bite the bullet and quit wasting your time on junk.

Works as advertised and very price competitive

I needed a system that lets me know someone enters the door to my store, but also needed a button behind the counter so someone could request help from the back. This has worked well so far. I have one tone to let me know there was an entry, and a different tone to call for help.

The front door at our business opens and closes when there is any substantial wind, this was very frustrating because we would have to run to the front to see if it was a person or the wind. This detector solved that issue. Very happy with the results.

It took quite a bit of searching to find this good doorbell chime for our business. We needed a doorbell chime that could be placed in the warehouse to hear if a customer came into our shop. There are a ton of cheap doorbell chimes with 50 different versions of Mozart, but hard to find a good professional one like this one. The chime has the professional sound and it is loud enough to hear throughout the warehouse. Really like the product.

Opted to try this sensor since it is supposed to use heat and motion combination to prevent false alarms (from the company website). After installing it, it would still go off when just the door was opened via the wind. I contacted the company about maybe some sensitivity settings or something and was told "Most motion sensors or door contacts will trigger when the door gets blown open." Kind of a snotty response especially when their website says it's supposed to the heat detection to detect body heat and prevent false alarms. I replied and never heard back. If it's just a motion detection, there are way cheaper options.
