Q: I've seen mention that urine spots were found with a black light. After using this product, did the spot no longer show with a black light?

Hi, Thank you for your question. After using the Urine Destroyer, there is still a possibility the stain will show under a blacklight. The Urine Destroyer is great at encapsulating phosphorous, the mineral in urine that glows under blacklight. It just may take quite a few treatments and extractions to get most of it out. Q: Does this work on artificial turf?

Hi J. M. Sturgeon, Thank you for your question, Yes, the Skout's Dog Urine Destroyer can be used on an artificial turf. STEP 1 • Saturate soiled area and 1" - 2" perimeter with the product until you see some sudsing action. STEP 2 • Wait 5 minutes, then wash away with a hose until the water runs clear and bubble-free. (Use a stiff bristle brush to loosen dirt if needed.) STEP 3 • Allow area to dry naturally & completely before children or pets re-enter the area. A second application may be necessary for dried or stubborn stains. Also, we recommend testing a small inconspicuous space and letting it sit for a few mins then spraying it off with water really well.
