Good stuff 1 capsule equals 500mg not 2 equals 1000mg for 2 as you would have to take more of another product to equal the same amount it works in conjunction with lysine for arthritis muscle pain back shoulder knee good product that doesn't ripe you off I need the 1000mg dose it provides 1 to two times a day for Pain with 1000mg lysine try amazing nutrition for the lysine 2 equals 1000mg also another company that doesn't rip you off Thanks AMAZON God bless!
