do these candies really have a toy inside as stated in DESCRIPTION?

These do NOT have the toys in them. Even if they had the toys, the USA doesn't allow them to be sold here. Apparently the FDA thinks that Americans are all idiots and will not read the label and will choke on things:From Wikipedia: The 1938 Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act contains a section highlighting that a confectionery product with a non-nutritive object, partially or totally embedded within it, cannot be sold within the United States, unless the FDA issues a regulation that the non-nutritive object has functional value.8 Essentially, the 1938 Act bans "the sale of any candy that has embedded in it a toy or trinket".9In 2012 the FDA re-issued their import alert stating "The embedded non-nutritive objects in these confectionery products may pose a public health risk as the consumer may unknowingly choke on the object"In 1997, the staff of the CPSC, the Consumer Product Safety Commission, examined and issued a recall for some Kinder Surprise illegally brought into the US with foreign labels.11 The staff determined that the toys within the eggs had small parts. The staff presumed that Kinder Surprise, being a chocolate product, was intended for children of all ages, including those under three years of age. On this basis, the staff took the position that Kinder Surprise was in violation of the small parts regulation and banned from importation into the US.11Kinder Surprise bears warnings advising the consumer that the toy is "not suitable for children under three years, due to the presence of small parts" and that "adult supervision is recommended".12In June 2012 the potential fine per egg was quoted as US$2,500.13 The rationale against a ban of the product also takes the form that deaths have been too few for it to be considered a serious danger. Additionally, the argument is made that there should be a consistent standard in place, as several worse dangers are not regulated.14On December 26, 2012, a petition was created on the White House website through the "We The People" campaign to end the ban on the import and sale of Kinder Surprise Eggs in the United States. However the petition failed to meet the required number of signatures by January 26, 2013 and was therefore declined.

How long does it take to arrive???? We have been waiting a month so far and so far no candy.

I ordered this March 12th and it is now April 5th, it still hasn't arrived...won't buy from this site again

They are made in Germany and they are AMAZING!!!

How many of each candy is included?

I can not recall, but it was not skimpy.

Bought for the Kinder Bueno, but was surprised with three other great candies!

I took a trip to Toronto where I first had a Kinder Bueno. I fell in love with the hazelnut cream filled wafer coated in milk chocolate....YUM! After looking online I wasn't sure I was ready to commit to the 36 pack of Kinder Bueno (best value, ever) so I went with this little variety box. I had no issues with the shipping. It is a box, that was shipped in another box, so unless you sat on it, or beat it was a bat, there shouldn't be any issues. The candy box itself is a cute little pyramid shape that has fold out wings to access the candy. The candies were all fresh and delicious. I wish not to spoil how they all taste if you have never had them, but growing up as a kid who had traveled to various parts of Europe, I can testify that Kinder has some of the finest chocolates I have ever enjoyed (that includes Belgium chocolates!)

YUMMMM!

My aunt used to bring or send me an advent calendar with Kinder chocolates from Germany for Christmas every year when I was a kid. Now I share Kinder chocolates with my kids while we mark the days on our advent calendar. It's a tradition I'm passing on and it would not be the same without these incredible chocolates!! My kids fell in love at first bite just like I did years ago. Kinder is awesome. Order early though, since they took a while to arrive (at least around the Christmas holiday). But they were perfectly packaged and preserved when I received them.

Yay! Another variety after the advent calendar!

So we ate through like 3 advent calendars in the holiday season (don’t judge we’re skinny’s & eat healthy LOL ) But found this little guy to ease our kinder needs! Well, that and ordering happy hippos!!! 😜

poor quality - stale!

bad quality chocolates! the box arrived smushed and taped together like it had been previously opened. the chocolates are stale, some turning white from age, or showing signs of having melted, then hardened again. inedible.
