Agrumato Extra Virgin Olive Oil Pressed with Lemons, 16.9 Fluid Ounce (4 Pack)

This oil is wonderful. It is delightfully potent with the smell and taste of fresh lemon. You can use it on almost anything that 'sings', give me some lemon. Due to the cost I suggest to use it sparingly. It's great to drizzle on a salad, some cooked veggies, and grilled chicken or fish. I use this oil for a special pasta dish I make. The pasta is pappardelle (a large flat pasta, similar to fettuccine but broader). After it's cooked I add 1/4 cup of this lemon oil, juice of one lemon, the grated zest of one lemon, 6 to 8 ounces of fresh ricotta, a handful of parmesan cheese and lastly some fresh pepper. Toss it all together and enjoy, it's a gourmand's delight. It's important to use this particular oil because of it's strength, a lighter lemon oil will not cut it. If you are gluten free (as I am) get your pappardelle from pasta amore, they have semolina as well. Buy and enjoy this oil, I highly recommend it.

This is a great product from Italy near Abruzzo. I can undeniable say that this product is excellent for finishing i beef carpaccio, pasta and fish dishes. Knowing the expiration date for olive oil is crucial for any olive oil that I purchase. If the date is not stamped on the olive oil bottle do NOT buy as it will go rancid.Wonderful product and highly recommend! We have an excellent chef in Charleston SC that uses it in his restaurant!

I am a chef and there are some things you never want to run out of. This is one of those things. The only way to achieve this flavor profile is to crush olives and lemons simultaneously. This is the only company I have found that does this.This is a world class product.

This is by far the very best lemon olive oil on the planet. And the price is amazing. I paid the same price for a very small bottleat the local Market. This is the best price I have seen. Can't beat it. The oil is fresh and bright and has the most amazing lemonflavor. It brightens up vegetables, pasta and just about anything you put it on. I sauté my vegetables in it and put a little in the water when I boil my pasta. People always comment on the wonderful flavor in my food. A little goes a long way!Two Thumbs UP !!!!

Mother of Gawd! I usually only use vinegar on my salads but after trying this I'm not going without it! Just a drizzle adds a whole new dimention to my salad! Plan to try it on other things as well. Buying LOTS more and using it as gifts as well. DON"T PASS THIS BY!!!!!
