Easy to view
This is the second electronic scale I have purchased. I appreciate the balance of the base (No wobbling) and the blue backlighting which makes it easy to read both weightsand the timer. I’m using it in improving the consistent dosing of espresso. It is excellent and weights to less than a gram. Same price as my previous scale but more features and easier to use. Very satisfied.

Stylish Clear Light
A good user experience specialized for coffee, but seems fine for all around kitchen use.Accuracy to 1g NOT 0.01g as claimed in description and printed on the face of the scale.PROS:Display is fantastic, large panel, bright and clear.Overall design is stylish, materials seem good, light and reliable.Accuracy ≈ 1g. Good enough for coffee and kitchen use.CONS:User manual can be confusing thanks to many typos/juxtapositions (bl - lb) (g/ml - ml/g).Milk icon is easy to confuse with water icon (milk weighs 3% more by volume than water). Need to be careful!Timer is simple and counts up. There's no audio signal, so you need to keep an eye on time.Weights are inconsistent. Accuracy ≠ 0.01g as claimed. Probably not reliable enough for measuring oregano!

Perfect for pour-over coffee
I bought this specifically for pour-over coffee, so I could get a 30g coffee to 500g water ratio without worrying about volumetric measurements. It serves the intended purpose well, and I haven't had any issues with coffee grounds getting "stuck" in the scale.

EASY TO READ
Blue display is much easier to read than regular displays. I did not really think about this until they arrived. Scales are much like other scales, but they come with a rubber top, which is cool. Precise weights and easy to tare. The blue display is the winner though.

easy to use, not particularly consistent
Received this scale today and immediately tested it. As I intend to use it in part for espresso and expect my coffee grounds to weigh 19 grams, I tested using 3 quarters and 1 penny. All shiny and new so they should weigh 19.510 grams. I set the scale on a solid table and made five consecutive weighings, turned the scale off, moved it, and repeated. After three sets of doing this I got the following weights: Set 1: 19.5; 19.5; 19.7; 19.8; 19.9 - Set 2: 19.8; 19.7; 19.7; 19.8; 19.7 - Set 3 19.6; 19.5; 19.8; 19.5.19.1. Note that only 5 of the 15 tries was right on and only one was low. The highest was 2% over. For my needs, while disappointed, I consider this marginally acceptable. A greater degree of repeatability would definitely be preferred, even over accuracy as far as I'm concerned if I knew which way to adjust the reading. As is, I will assume that the scale generally reads 1 or 2 grams high. Usually. As an additional note, the base of the unit is warped and it does not sit flat on the table. I shimmed one corner by placing a dime under it. With or without the shim I get the same results when weighing items. The rubberized surface is nice to look at and touch, but it does attract dust instantly. I do expect that it will be easy to keep clean in the kitchen environment.I have not tried the timer yet.

Stopped working after 6 months
TLDR: Scale stopped working after 6 months. Wouldn't buy again.I received the scale and it did not sit flat on the counter. To remedy this I had to remove the battery cover. I then used the scale everyday for 6 months until the original batteries ran out. Replaced the batteries but the scale now does not turn on. I've tried several different sets of batteries to no avail.

Super easy to use but doesn’t last.
UPDATE: a year later, the scale broke and no longer works. Do not purchase. This is an amazing scale. I use it for coffee and the ability to tare is amazing. It remembers the tare weight after the first use. I'd highly recommend it.

Good value
Overall a pretty good value for the features, I did also find the common issue that the battery door didn’t close completely and that the I needed to Tare after it was initially weighed, when I would take the initial weight off it would sometimes read between .2g to .5g aside from that it seems consistent and accurate. A big improvement to my old scale that was only accurate to 2 grams plus the timer is helpful as well.
