The brush (original) fits very loosely and keeps falling off during use. Am I doing something wrong, or do others have this problem?

I have had the same problem as others. Breaks at the brush attachment and is unusable. I bought mine in January 2020 and it has already broken!! The bristles of the brush still look new. I would not recommend this brush!

I ordered the good grips soap dispensing palm brush refills, and they are too small for the original brush. how do i know what size i need?

I almost ordered the wrong ones too. I looked at the brush itself and then looked for it on Amazon. Once I found it so I could see how it was listed (I have the stainless brush) I could look for the proper refill. Another thing I checked on the bottom of my brush is how the soap is dispensed because they may have more than one type. I know this sound rather convoluted but it really didn't take long to do. Hope this helps.

Your description is not clear to me....... Is there 1 brush or 2 brushes in a pack?

Mine came with only one brush head that was attached to the handle.

How do you fill it with soap?

The black handle/top unscrews and you can pour in your soap.
