Ive been looking for a replacement shock mount for my sterling audio condenser mics for a while. I own both the st59 and the extremely large st77 microphone. I bought this for the smaller st59 and was SHOCKED to discover this mount is able to fit both, as well as support the significant weight of the st77.

Not too bad, quality doesn’t seem to be the greatest but it’s not like I’ll be tossing this around. Does what I need it to do looks decent.

This is a cheap alternative for a mount of this type and it does the job pretty well.

Not a bad shockmount. It's a Rycote knock-off for half the price and it does well at it. It's not the cheapest materials, but not exactly the highest quality either. Seems sturdy enough, and I have some very heavy microphones. The added pop filter is a nice touch, it looks really nice. A Rycote is about $80, this is half the price plus has a pop filter. For what you're paying it's more than fair.As for it's isolating abilities, as mentioned in other reviews, if your main concern is isolations from vibrations from speakers or a desk, an elastic band type shock mount is probably better. But if you just want to cut down on bigger vibrations and general movement this does the job well enough.

Fits my Aston Spirit perfectly. Very sturdy. The tightening wheel on the side could be better though. I feel like the Spirit isn’t my heaviest mic, and this thing barely holds it without tilting down more.
