is this good for metal stamping rings, does it turn your finger green

It has to be used with size ~ which is a glue that you let dry first and the press in wire!!

I am not sure but looking at them on Amazon they all seem to be using them for cosmetic items. And all the colours are under the same heading. I'll be honest I have not bought it for that I bought it for my aquarium for sliding glass tops to stop the water splashing on the lights.
