KL KLB Sport Metal Swing Set w/Slide

I must have received the wrong hardware bc there were parts listed to use out of the kit that were not in the kit. At least two. I had to use spare bolts I just happened to have that would fit. The swing sets top bar bobs up and down severely as my son swings. He is only 42 pounds...well less than the limit of 100. On the slide one of the holes was only partially drilled and it wasnt aligned with the hole on the other side. I had to use a longer bolt i had and put it in slanted to reach the other hole which was higher. The opposite side was not this way. There were pieces that were not labeled. I dont believe I got a new set. I believe it had been returned and they tried to throw another hardware kit in which is why it didnt quite match the pieces I needed. The glider foot rests came with screws that were too short and didnt even reach all the way through to screw in. The paint job is beautiful and the hard plastic components look okay. Also the swing chain has a cover that's supposed to be yellow ours were white. I blame the manufacture for this. I'm sure they were trying to make money off a product since it was packaged this way. There was no way to contact seller for pieces so I have had to makeshift things. What bothers me most is the fact that the top bar is so wobbly. I feel it should be one sturdy piece. Also design is poor bc on side is longer and other side shorter and it fits into one another offset. My swingset was obviously manufactured incorrectly bc the swings are on the short side instead of the long side so I'm sure that contributes even more to the wobbling up and down. Not sure how long it will last but with quarantine I'm gonna try to make it work. If already put so much into it.Updated to say the seller has reached out to me and sent the missing part I wasnt able to find to fit his glider. Also I found out the stickers had been incorrectly labeled which is why it isnt balanced correctly. I suspect all will be well once I swap the two bars that were incorrectly labeled. I applaud the seller for standing behind the products they sell.

I was so excited to get this for my 3 year olds birthday. Unfortunately, when the box arrived it was completely open and collapsed. The delivery driver couldn’t even bring it all the way to our door bc it was falling apart. I couldn’t believe it was even sent out like that. Luckily it looked like all the pieces were there, but as my husband and I were assembling it, we realized how bad the instructions were. Some of the instructions seemed to be for a different swing set entirely. Also, the hardware was off... certain screws were completely wrong and not tightening. After a few trips to the hardware store, it’s assembled and very sturdy. But if we had done what the instructions said to use, it would completely be unsafe and fall apart. Shouldn’t have been that way. How disappointing.
