I do not recommend buying this tablet. We purchased 2 in June. One pink & one blue. One arrived broken, and we returned for a replacement. The usb charging ports never worked right to begin with. They are off center or something. If I prop the chargers (plugged in) sometimes they will charge. The screen size, and tablet is fine for kids. They came with silicone protective cases. The handles fall out of the case easily. We had to keep putting them back in Our pink one's hand snapped off so many times within the first month that the end broke and we can bo longer put the handle back on. The battery life of these tablets is only 2 - 3 hours. We are constantly recharging them. The chargers that came with them both broke (that may of been my kiddos rough handling) but I purchased multiple ac cords and the tablets won't register that they are even plugged in. Either tablet.We originally bought the tablets to replace a lost phone that our 2 year old used. We will NOT be purchasing these tablets again.

You get what you pay for . It's great for the price .. but it did take it an hour , from unboxing to get it up and started . It kept freezing when turned on trying to set up account for child . Dont expect an iPad. The screen resolution and color and type are older like . ***edit to add. no more buggy problems , keeps 3 almost 4 year old busy . You can download anything from the play store and it has so many parental blocks that I love it

My grandma and I wanted to keep my young cousins busy while we had chores around the house, and we thought these tablets would be the perfect thing for that. Well, we bought 2, and the pink one broke in less than two days. The power button was defective from the first day, But the next day, the power button completely stopped working. Broken. Not my only complaint, though. Battery life is a joke, last for maybe 2 hours of continuous use. And that’s at best. The screen you could hardly see cause it was so dark. And last of all the case. Also defective. The strap broke as soon as we got it of the box. And believe me, it wasn’t us. The apps kept kicking us out, the apps would shut down, and it was super slow. In conclusion, I would suggest buying a better quality tablet and don’t waste your money on this. Only good thing about this is the that I can return it.

Is the pink tablet used or refurbished? Cause today I got the blue tablet that I order and the box is different and bring a extra USB cable and everything of the charger separately bagged on. And the pink one was already assembled and the charger did not came bag and did not bring the extra USB cable. I pay for a new one that why I'm asking even the box of the blue one is bigger and better individually packed better that the pink one.

Battery dies quick. Charger it came with stoped working good thing it has 2 ways to charge it. Freezes up here and there. But over all for the money was good for the kids. Just have to stay on top of charging them.

Fell first day with the case on abd cracked in two places. I had other cheep tablets in the past fall and not crack like this. Performance wise it was pretty good.

I dont really write reviews, But I was looking forward to this tablet for my lil girl so she can watch YouTube For Kids but once I received it yesterday I turned it on and I got just a white screen Nothing was showing up :( I tried charging it and Nothing just a white screen. I do loved the part that it comes with a cover protector and everything else like a the charger and a USB cord but the bad thing it didnt work at all for me. Another thing I noticed The tablet feels very cheap I dont think it would of survive a week. Glad it worked out for other people, But not for me.I'm returning it back.
