Boneco H400 HYBRID Air Purifier and Humidifier in One with Wifi App Control HEPA and Activated Carbon Filter incolour 49026

I used to own another BONECO humidifier, and I was happy with its quality. After moving to another country, where the air is drier, I tend to get sore eyes and throat in cold months even when heating is not on. To prepare myself for the comming cold season during which my family and I will spend most days working from home under the current COVID-19 situation, I bought this Hybrid Humidifier & Air Purifier in September. The product was well packed and delivered on time. The instruction manual, including setting up the Apps on my mobile phone, is easy to follow. At first, the noise level was a bit loud, but it became quieter after the initial use. Since themn, I have not been bothered by the noise while using it in my study (I can hear some noise while using it, but it's not annoying). It has not been used in the bedroom at the sleep mode yet, so I cannot comment on its noise level. If I find any troubles, I will post further comments here. This humidifier & air purifier measures and controls humidity in real time, and it switches on/off automatically. It comes with AH300 POLLEN filter (a standard filter), and it's east to set/reokace it. Things can be improved by BONECO are: (1) for the price I paid, it would be nicer if AH300 COMFORT filter (4-in-one filter) is provided instead of the standard one; (2) these replacement filters should be in stock all around the year. When I tried to buy these filters, they were out of stock at BONECO online store and other shops in the UK. BONECO's customer service promptly answered my email inquiry, about noise, and they are helpful.

I liked the idea of it, I think it's a good idea. It is not cheap but I liked that it has a humidifier and air purifier. As it was made is Switzerland I bought it thinking that it would be good quality. Unfortunately it stopped working on the same day I started using it so I sent it back for a refund, I did not want another one as I have never had a product break so easily that I did not want to take a chance it breaking again. I had to pay to send back which is annoying and they took some time to refund which was more annoying.The things I think could be improved: making the app work on wifi instead of just bluetooth. Also having a lock at the base of the unit would be useful as you can just pick up the bottom which shows the water, i.e. a small child would just pick it up and spill water.

Works well for the last 3 years. However their after market support is poor. Hard to get a spare from UK. There are 3rd party distributors but prices are over the moon.

Despite the title and description, this does not have an activated carbon filter. That costs an additional £40. It is supplied with a basic "blotting paper" type filter.Whilst removing the packaging, an important plastic part broke. I'll have a go at gluing it back on.I'll update this brief review when I've used it for a few weeks.

Luftfeuchtigkeit steigt bei Vollmodus in 3 Tagen u. Nächten nur um 2%??? Keinerlei Anzeigen über Luftfeuchtigkeit und Luftreinigung??? Gerät unbefriedigend!!!Wenn ich ein Fenster öffne dann habe ich mehr davon und keine Kosten!!!Rechnung, Lieferschein und Betriebsanleitung fehlen!Ich teste das Gerät noch bis zum 10.02.2024 und wenn dann keine befriedigende Leistung vorhanden ist bitte ich um Rücklieferschein und Geld-Rückerstattung!!!Reklamationsbearbeitung bei Amazon sehr Mangelhaft!!!Wolfgang Haider

När fick vi den då märkte att lådan är skadad men igångsatt synliga skador på apparaten. Nu märker vi att induktor i appen visar inte temperaturen och fuktigheten. Den visar men samma siffror. Det är nåt defensivt med sensorer.
