I'm a big girl, and I like to sit with my legs in criss-cross position while I work at my desk. Meaning I need a large seat in multiple dimensions for everything I've got to put on it. This chair lets me do that AND have an arm-rest. It's perfect for me. I recently moved from the Pacific Northwest to the South, and I could not bring the chair with me. I missed it so much that my husband felt sorry for me and bought me another one, identical, for Valentine's Day when it was on sale. WAY better than flowers, girls! It's leather, and it's comfortable. I had my other one for a few years, and it held up great, so I gave it to my nephew as a gaming chair when I left. He loves it too!

My husband loves this chair! This is the second one for him, his first one lasted about six years. I know that does not sound very long but he is 5’9 and weighs 265 lbs. He sits in the chair approximately 10 hours a day 5 days a week because he works from home. The only reason we purchased a new one was because the hydraulics started to go.The seating surface is a very nice leather, even after six years the leather on his old chair was not peeled or cracked. It has great support and enough rock/recline that he can put his feet up and take a nap here and there during his break.We have gone through a lot of office chairs throughout the years made for “big and tall” people. This one is his favorite!

I like this chair.I'm 6'2" tall & around 300#. This chair has all the right proportions. I do wish the headrest was a bit higher when fully extended, but that's a minor thing. (My head is too far back to be comfortable, when I lean back to rest my head.)I like how the armrests will swing up & out of the way, as desired.The seat is plenty wide and deep for a guy my size. The only drawback of the seat is how slippery it is. If I fully relax, I start sliding down & out of the chair, like I'm being poured out of it.The backrest is quite comfortable. I wish it had a way to lock in a position, other than straight up. You can lean back for comfort, but it won't lock in any position that is leaned back. The spring is a little tight, so the chair tends to throw me back up, even when I don't really want to.Overall, I like the chair & would recommend it to other bigger guys, with the caveats mentioned above.

I wanted a chair that let me lean back or sit cross-legged and this chair is wonderful. The arms swinging up let me get the chair scooted up tight to the desk without rubbing on the desk.

When I work home, I had been using my boyfriends chair. It was nice, leather, big and comfy….everything I didn’t have. So, I went on the search for my own perfect office chair. Trying to get a chair online is something that would have been impossible for me because I wanted to actually sit my butt into it and see if it was comfy, I headed into Office Depot and found this chair and it was *chefs kiss*, however, they didn’t have this chair in stock. Low and behold, i found the exact same chair online….and cheaper! Thanks Amazon!!! The shipping was fast and I took us under an hour to build it. The chair is super stable, I like the lumbar support which you can adjust and the thickness of the chair is comfy and supportive. Oh yeah, the arms are adjustable too which is nice. Overall, I think this chair is great and I hope with love and care, it will last for years to come!

The chair looks really nice however it is VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. I bought the product in May and kept trying to make it work but it just doesn't. I even bought gel pads and cushions to soften the seat and that still didn't help. The seat doesn't have nearly as many features as some of the less expensive chairs have.I reached out to the seller and the response I received was and I quote "Dee, you've had this chair for 4 months and I don't think I can offer you a refund or take the item back." I even offered to send the chair back and get a 50% refund? This chair was over $500 after taxes. I was never offered any solution or even asked what the problem was or why I didn't like the chair. Basically, just told I had the chair 4 months and they aren't willing to resolve the issue at all or compromise. Apparently I only had 30 days to return the item (my fault for not seeing that), I would not have purchased it if I had known that. The fact that they only offer a 30 day return policy on chair that cost over $500 is an immediate red flag to me. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AS AWFUL AS THE PRODUCT!
