We installed this shower system during our bathroom remodel and it looks amazing. The matte black finish is sleek and modern and matches the rest of our fixtures perfectly. The 10-inch rain shower head gives great coverage and feels very relaxing, like a hotel-style shower. Water pressure is consistent and even, with no issues so far. The handheld shower is also a nice addition for rinsing and cleaning. Installation went smoothly with our plumber, and everything feels solid and well made. Beautiful shower head and hand held sprayer. We purchased two of these sets during our remodel of our bathrooms and are very pleased. Works well and are nice quality. We did experience a tiny leak in one of the shower heads. Emailed customer service and BOOM no problem sent us a new shower head right away. So nice when a company takes care of their customers. I purchased this during my remodel for my daughter’s bathroom. It’s one of the best shower fixtures I’ve ever had in a home. The look is sleek, good quality and the pressure is amazing. I would rather shower in her shower than my own due to this great plumbing fixture.

We bought this system for our new master walk in shower, after installation we notice the handle for the hot and cold water didn't fit, it was the wrong handle a 9mm, we needed the 10mm one. We contacted Gotonovo and let them know. They asked for pictures and we sent them. After a few emails they said they were going to send the right handle, in 10 days we received the handle and the problem was fixed. Shower works as advertised and we're happy with the system. Would buy another one for next upgrade on main bathroom. Thank you for the quick customer service to resolve this problem.

Junk! Do not buy unless you want to tear out the valve later. I pre-purchased to be ready when I needed it now it is beyond the return date. I installed per the directions and every fitting on the valve body has a slow leak! Just wasted $120 Luckly I pressure tested overnight as it was a drip or two from every fitting where the supplies go into the valve body. The threads must be not to standards.

Try to reach store for replacement, no one contacted me and also Amazon came for pick up for return only. I need a replacement not a return!

We purchased this shower system in August 2025 in prep for renovations taking place shortly after. We hired a professional plumber to install it. Once the plumber started ‘testing the system’, he indicated the inner cartridge was malfunctioning and we should contact the manufacturer for a replacement cartridge. There was no support from the manufacturer, and the defective item cost us an additional 20 percent of the original cost. In addition this situation confirmed that there is no warranty on the product. We must give Amazon Kudos because once the issue was raised with them, they covered the replacement cost of the cartridge. We will never purchase from this manufacturer again. It’s all show with absolutely no support.
