Great little kit for home workouts
I bought one of these so that I could work out at home with my partner. The bands are absolutely brilliant - they feel very high quality and long lasting. The skipping rope and sliders are also good. The kit comes with a sheet of paper describing some of the many exercises that you can do with the bands, sliders, or jump rope.These are brilliant to use by themself, or in addition to another exercise - for example while squatting with weights.Definitely a great purchase!

Well worth the money for a home workout
The bands and sliders are great. The skipping rope wasn't in the package but they immediately offered a refund as a solution, so I could get an alternative rope. Great communication and I'm happy with the kit I have and the resolution I received. Thanks so much 😊👌🏻

Great value for money.
I bought this on impulse when buying other gear. Very surprised at how good it is for the price. The bands seem durable with the right amount of flex. The skipping rope is easily adjusted to suit your height. Very good for speed skipping. The sliders add a different element to your home workouts. All in all a real bargain to add to your home gym equipment Only 4 stars as I felt it a bit cheeky to advertise it as a 10 piece set: 2 of the 10 are the bags and they count each slider as separate pieces. Other than that, excellent.

Excellent addition to exercising at home. Packs away to almost nothing and no 'setting up' involved - simple and effective!

Weak bands
All bands snap after 2 weeks of usage.

Great set
Everything was as pictured, the bands are decent quality, and the core sliders are really good. I wasn't keen on the skipping rope, can't get the rope part to the right length for me and stay at that length, otherwise it would have been 5*.
