Excellent.

I bought one for me, read through it and immediately bought a second one for my mother. Recipe are both tasty and provide a good springboard for imagination. Plus, it gives quantities and cook time/temps for different size fryers.

Truely like the recipes in this book. I also enjoy the added tips when cooking these recipes. You can easy use the recipes to give you a reference to temp and times for closely related foods. I like the wider variety of food choices. Of course like anything else. More pics would be nice but pics drives the price up greatly.

Lots of recipes and info. However, I wish there were more photos and more quick cooking charts for every day common things used in the air fryer to get to the point quickly regarding how long and how hot they need to be

I love this book. I love the recipes, they are easily modifiable for volume and serving suggestions and accompaniments are recommended. There are lots of healthy, tasty recipes.
