So far, very pleased with performance and condition. Unit looks like new, battery life is approx 6 hours, it does not come with lifetime windows but didn't expect it to and will likely opt for year to year 365. It boots up quickly and has a lit keyboard. It arrived very securely packaged and I have no complaints. It does have windows 10 even though a flyer enclosed indicated it would have windows 11. Not sure what happens when I try to buy 365 but I will wait a few weeks before I proceed.

Got this just to replace my desktop where I pay bills and do banking but not much else so it works great for what I need

Just so anyone else that is buying from this seller is aware, my E5570 came in excellent condition nearly new looking and working, but no battery. The seller somehow missed checking this especially when the description says: - This product is in "Excellent condition". The screen and body show no signs of cosmetic damage visible from 12 inches away.- This product will have a battery that exceeds 80% capacity relative to new.Well my doesn't even have a battery installed... It is an easy fix to purchase one online but come on, how do you advertise battery being at least 80% of new and ship it without one... Since the pandemic I feel there is no quality control anywhere anymore...

I use this for a specific project at work. My only negative is the battery life is not very long. I have an identical Dell and the battery lasts twice as long.

I waited several weeks to give a review because those are the reviews I value the most. The product arrived promptly, well packaged, looks and works like a new laptop. I love the specs for the price. Awesome value! I could not be happier. I'll be back. Thanks again!

This is a classic Dell, good effective laptop but the onboard microphone, if there is one, will not show up except in the BIOS. Not a huge deal, but a pain. Also the fingerprint reader doesn't work and cannot be activated in spite of thorough troubleshooting.If you don't need or use these features, you'll be happy with this unit.*********Added Info:After eight months of normal use, the screen on this laptop separated from itself and the hinge, making the laptop basically unusable. So yes, while the 90 days was up, their customer service just said sorry, too bad.No offer to help in any way. I'd be willing to pay for service, understanding the 90 days was up, but no, nothing.I wouldn't buy from these guys again or recommend them to anyone.

The space key was loose and there was no way to fix it, had to take it for repair 30 mins after receiving it. When the technician replaced the keyboard the old keyboard was all covered in coffee and showed me that the battery was about to explode. So right after receiving it had to spend $55 replacing the keyboard and $30 on a new battery that I'll have to use to replace the one it has as soon as I receive it from Amazon.

I got this laptop for work, as it filled all of my requirement. Preloaded with windows and upgrades to Win 11.Gave it to the employee who needed it and lol and behold, it had a touchscreen! He is happy, I’m happy that he is happy and his work is showing it.Thank you.
