Easy to install works like a champ
The take-up spring on the tension unit of my juki ddl 8300n was mangled so I took a chance and ordered these. I am in no way an industrial sewing machine repair person. I'm actually just a leather bag sewing hobbyist but to my surprise pulling out the old one and putting this in was relatively straightforward. I would have liked at least a few diagrams or hopefully instructions but it was just a plastic bag with two of these in it. At any rate it's wonderful to have my machine working again.

Not “Ready to Use” out of the bag
The media could not be loaded. Great product for price! But they’re not set up to just pop in; you have to understand the mechanics of the tension system. If you’ve ever tweaked the screw inside the number dial; you’ll be fine. If not; YouTube it before returning. Great price! Just not for 100% newbies.
