Nice flavour and texture
Vegan cheese is so hard to do. It will never be like cheese from cows or goats. Bearing this in mind this vegan cheese is heads above the rest. I don't cook with it, just raw. I keep buying it so it must be good.

Lovely item and fast delivery
I searched for months to find a vegan alternative to my favourite applewood cheese as I am lactose intolerant. Came across this one and ordered it. It arrived yesterday and first thing I done was put it on a sandwich for lunch. I kid you not I would say if any non vegan/veggie were given this without knowing it is vegan they would believe it is the original applewood.
