Product is as described and arrived quickly. Works as described and by far the best cleaner for stainless steel pans. Made them look like new and no more need for scrub pads that cause scratches.

I have two all-clad saute pans and one all-clad sauce pan, all over 20 years old, that were greatly discolored (oxidized?) on the sides and one pan was also a solid deep brown on the outer bottom, affecting performance. I didn't want to use them when I had guests because they looked old and dirty even though they were clean. I had tried Bar Keepers Friend, both powder and liquid. I did not see any change. When I tried this product, using a heavy duty sponge with a nylon mesh on one side, at first I didn't notice anything, but when I squeezed the sponge all this dirty water came out, so it was grabbing something. I sprinkled more powder, wet like a paste, let sit for 5 minutes, then scrubbed again. It took some 'elbow grease' but suddently I could see the sides of the pan cleaning up. I kept going and soon enough to my surprise it was shiny like new. I had actually been thinking of buying new pans and taking care of them better, but now they are like new. Also the pan that was dark brown on the bottom cleaned up well and that too now heats like the original. I probably spent 15 minutes per pan, so it isn't a quickie job, takes some rubbing, but well worth it. It will be very easy to maintain the pans like new now by just using this product whenever needed instead of letting the discoloration build up for years.

It's done wonders on my Stainless Cookware I purchased this and Bar Keepers Friend they both worked well but as with both your going to need to put some elbow grease, and doesn't matter which one I used it takes the same humf to get the same results. So I would suggest you use either, the only difference is one needs water and the other came with water added.

This stuff is a game changer! I love how it polished up my All Clad pots and skillets. I even used it on my stainless steel sink and it is sparkling! I did not wipe it off like the directions state. I washed it off with dish soap. It took all those little brown stains and water marks off my pans! I'm very sensitive to smells and I did not find the smell of this to be strong or unbearable.

The product I get looks like already used and returned by someone. It was unsealed, only 2/3 full, and had powder all over the cap.

This product works great on my set of cookware. I went with their products simply because the cookware was quite an investment, and I want to make sure we take care of it correctly.
