Best white hot chocolate ever! Easy to use and simple directions and last longer than even if you like a stronger taste.

Great for mochas (keep an eye on the price)
I love this for white chocolate mochas. I like the powder way better than the syrup because it’s less messy and I feel like it lasts longer. Taste really good as well. I have repurchased many times. However, I do notice the price fluctuates a lot so I only buy it when it’s around $23 (sometimes it’s listed around $40).

Makes a really good vanilla milk but will NOT dissolve in cold beverages
Since Nestle stopped making their Vanilla Nesquik, I needed a replacement for my daily fix of vanilla milk. This is a pretty good substitute. Others have complained about an artificial taste, but I have not found that to be true - especially compared to Nestle's Quik products. My only criticism of this product is that it will NOT dissolve in cold milk. No matter how much I stir or shake, it creates a gritty, crystalline residue on top of the milk. That's not appetizing at all. My solution has been to take half a gallon of milk, add it to my pressure cooker, set it to the Keep Warm setting, add 1 and half cups of white chocolate powder, stir, and let it warm up for about 8 minutes. All the powder will dissolve completely, and then I just pour the milk back into the carton and put it back in the fridge. That gives me enough flavored milk to make it through the week. This product also works well as a replacement for sugar in your coffee, and my boyfriend often makes white mocha lattes with this powder. I have not used it in baking, but I imagine it would work really well in cakes, muffins, and cookies. If this powder would dissolve in cold milk, I'd give it 5 stars.

Dissolve in hot liquid first
I use this in my iced white chocolate mochas and it's so good! Make sure to dissolve in hot coffee first because it will not dissolve completely in cold liquid. I use 3-4 spoonfuls with espresso and milk over ice and it's the perfect mix - not too sweet.

White chocolate like that of a specialty coffee place!
When I tried this I started to think about a hot white chocolate that my husband would get from a specialty coffee place. It can be rather sweet but you can change it up to your liking which is nice. The best preparation is in a pan with milk, add the amount that they suggest or less to make it less sweet. The good thing about hot white chocolate is, you don't have the caffeine content like a regular hot chocolate. Smooth creamy and excellent with hot milk!
