Cool concept but just buy a regular foam roller.
Overall a great idea but a bigger bottle for larger muscle groups is really optimal. I like this foam roller for getting in between shoulder blades and deep glute areas.The foam does slide off sometimes but is easy to replace.

This sports bottle is a nice 2-in-1 deal for both hydration and “muscle therapy” post workout. Liquids stay cold and the bottle is nice, but a little bulky.

Great fit and easy use
The foam roller fits perfectly on the water bottle and it is easy to slip on and off. The roller is firm and works great without being too heavy or cumbersome.
