Good value timestamp
Really good timestamp at a very reasonable price compared with other brands. Works just as good as the more expensive ones except the case is made of plastic instead of metal.

TOTAL FAILURE!!!! Poor Quality Product, and an outragious 20% restocking fee. **** STAY AWAY *****
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS UNIT. Wish Amazon let you enter negative stars This seller deserves a ZERO or less. If you take a close look at this unit you will see that the throat of the clock is very narrow and not tapered like other units of its time in the market place. If you do a high volume of stamping this unit will really slow you down. Any stamped page must be fed directly into that narrow slit of the throat where as other manufacturers have design their units to funnel the documents into the stamping area. My mailroom used the stamper for an hour or so and deemed it a total failure. It was not worth the trouble. Case is made of plastic and the internals appear to be cheaply designed. Well I guess you get what you pay for!! A Rapid-print unit is worth the money after seeing this piece of junk! I requested a return from Amazon and the seller sent me a return address. At that time there was no mention of a restocking charge, nothing but a return information and that I had to pay for the item to be returned. Once the item had been returned and they had it back in their hands they "informed" me that there would be a 20% restocking FEE... Total BS.. Do not purchase this item. Do not purchase from this seller.

Stopped working after 4 weeks

GARBAGE product. Don't waste your on this unit or ...
Had unit for less than a year. Motor started making a constant buzzing sound, and soon after sound started, unit stopped working. Contacted the manufacture to inquire about warranty coverage and getting unit serviced. Had to pay to have unit shipped back to manufacture, after which I was informed the warranty doesn't cover the problem with the motor, and that they could return the unit if I paid to have it returned. That's me PAYING to have a broken unit returned to me after I paid over $60 to have it sent in.GARBAGE product. Don't waste your on this unit or any product from Acroprint.
